About
Dr. Al-Moataz Bellah Abdel Nabi Al-Saqqa is a Legal Consultant and lawyer admitted to practice before the Courts of Appeal of the Egyptian Bar Association since 2016, specializing in digital legislation and artificial intelligence.
He holds a PhD in Civil Law from the Faculty of Law, Mansoura University, graduating with an Excellent grade with honors, for his dissertation entitled Civil Liability for the Misuse of Artificial Intelligence: A Comparative Study. The dissertation committee recommended that it be exchanged with foreign universities.

With over eight years of experience, he has served as a legal consultant to companies and institutions in Egypt and the United Arab Emirates, advising on the drafting and review of commercial and investment contracts, preventive compliance frameworks, negotiations, and dispute resolution.
His published research includes Compensation for Damage Resulting from the Use of Artificial Intelligence, published in the Journal of Legal and Economic Research at the Faculty of Law, Mansoura University. He has also participated in the annual scientific conference Technology and Law at Tanta University and the Knowledge Dialogue” conference in Dubai.
